General Guidelines
- In the subject line of the email, mention: “Conference Reports_IACLALS”, “Books Published_IACLALS”, etc.
- Please email Word documents only as a single file.
- Maintain a uniform style for all submissions: MS Word, single-spaced, justified, Garamond 12 pt, titles in bold.
- For awards, send only one clear photo (preferably receiving the award).
- For new book publications, include: cover image + full bibliographic details.
- Bio-note for all contributors (reports, reviews, creative writing, new publications) must be under 100 words.
Reports on Conferences / Seminars / Symposia / Literary Events
- Reports must be under 700 words, covering who-what-when-where.
- A very brief summary of the event (inaugural, valedictory, key sessions) is adequate.
- Send one key photo per panel. For multi-day events, a few additional photos may be included.

Book Reviews
- Reviews must be of books published in the last three years and limited to 1000 words.
